with holiday tunes.
"Unicorns and Tyrannosauruses don't really get along very well,"
"Because one's like a rainbow, and irritates the other? And the other is a fierce meat eater and might eat him up?"
"Yup," says She.

a zipline. I have to say, this was an odd one (she's made several, you know). it involved a shirt, a box, and a hanger. and no line. ???
parachuting nekked dolls.
with laughter. :)
mad, happy gallops through the kitchen (my home base today).
"So tomorrow is the first day of winter?"
"Well... in the U.S., Solstice is officially the first day of winter. But our Decembers are pretty wintry, so I would say that tomorrow can be considered the first day of winter. It's the first day of December."
"So that means it's gonna snow tomorrow!!"
Well... clouds are comin'. We can hope!
chocolate chip cookies.
aaaand sugar cookies.

our Fourth finally arrived home.
always a wonderful event, that- Daddy coming home.
and a new Favorite Art Piece was created (Mama's favorite). it's a self portrait.
there wasn't too much about our day that was spectacular, yet it was a wonderful day. much of the day was spent with all of us in the same room, talking, playing, sharing, communicating...
close and connected.
which is perfect, because it's why we choose to have a family, hmm?
to have our hearts always be warm, to keep close, and to love.
here's to lots more warm-on-the-inside days.
