Maddie woke up and first thing started making a zipline. :)
And then I got to smile over a long train of her Beloveds sitting in a line, waiting their turn in the basket.

A few minutes later she told me she was making a picnic outside "on a warm summer's day".... because the sun was shining for the first time in days.

Life is good, friends.

Bzzzzzz, sang the Mirabelle tree over the patio.

"Hey... there's two box elder bugs stuck together," noted Madd. :)

It was our only sunshiny day, so of course we spent it outside.

Just piddling, really.

We made a tug-o-war rope.

Cut the grass for the first time.

You know how it is,
when you're not doing anything, really....

with Worm.

Just Being.
It was like that.

  1. Those really are the best days.

  2. Mmmm. Loved this post. The zipline must have been amazing. We have dolls and stuffies here that would love that.

That dinosaur picture was awesome. :)

  3. Looks like my kinda day! Only thing missing, some wool...I would have some wool in there somewhere, if not creating something, at least tying my plants to poles. LOL Awesome Pictures lovely! Hugs xoxox

  4. A perfect sort of day. *LOVED* the dinosaur pic too. xoxo

  5. How wonderful! I love the photo of Trev with that big ol' long earthworm. Ah! And box elder bugs...we spotted one yesterday. And lovies. Sweet, sweet lovies.

It's wonderful stopping by here. Every. Time. Love it!
