Ok, that rolled-up paper art must be shown to certain kids I know tomorrow. It's gorgeous! Your days always look so beautiful.
What did you use for the rain picture? Is it watercolor pencils? Or special paper? I'm intrigued!
I love the sand garden
Eidolons - Yeah, watercolor pencils. First we drew, then set them outside. After they blended (Maddie made one, too, but she didn't like how it turned out, so I didn't show it), we brought them in and put liquid water color over it, and set them out again. When we brought them back in we blotted the water and blue off a bit with a paper towel. It was a fun project! :)
We'll be tucked in today with some rainy day activities as well.... the rolled paper is lovely ~ almost like quilling.
I love days like these. That paper is speaking to me, too!
the sand garden is too precious!
