I love all the little spots in your yard, I think I mentioned that before, that it flows so nicely. I'm going to start thinking on how we can change our yard up a little, as everything is so separated (flower bed, garden, grass, ect..). I'm also amazed that you can have your little spots out in the open with huge loveable Annabelle. I guess she's used to it and doesn't trample much.

Love the shots of your roses! Beautiful.

I love the roses and the herb garden. I always imagined that when we move to Hawaii that I would be the gardening goddess. Seems however that I have turned into a plant murderer. Perhaps you could send some good gardening vibes this a way. ;)

Julie - the key with dogs, I think, is to leave your outside borders for them. If we didn't leave the outside edges for her (particularly the back) then she'd just mash them anyway. As it is, she has her trail behind the back beds and garden, and there are enough spots to Jenn's yard and on the other side where the lilacs are that she can snuffle and whoof at people and dogs. :)

Thanks so much for your nice words, friend. Mostly I think it's packed full and chaotic, with so many things in a small space (two patios, a swingset, a large trampoline, a sandbox and a swimming pool), but you gotta go with what you've got. :)

Love your different herb gardens, but my favorite place is your red resting spot!

What a great day you all had! What kind of camera are you using?

You would never know you had everything in your yard in a small space. You've helped me realize we can add more then we thought to our backyard.
