What we've been up to:
Being sick. Blech. (Not the mother -she offers her thanks- just everyone else.) Trev is pretty well recovered, though he still isn't too big on food. Maddie is still sleeping a lot, though she's quite energetic in the mornings.
Trev's been playing on the computer a lot.
Maddy has been watching Frosty the Snowman, Kids Favorite Songs, Alphabet Jungle, and What's the Name of That Song (the last three are all Sesame Street productions).
Yesterday she was moving alphabet letters on the fridge and naming them - six, seven, eight, nine, ten!" and so forth.
I went to the library yesterday to pick up some software for them - five Magic School Bus cd's for Trev, and a Pooh preschool for Maddie. She's been really liking her Muppet Babies Animal Nature, and it's the only one she has.
Monday we'll have the Mama's craft circle again - we'll go, provided that everyone shows excellent signs of being well, today. Wednesday we'll have co-op - not sure who's hosting, if it's me, we'll probably do some magnet experiments.
Today we'll get out some holiday decorations - Trev is looking forward to the village, and the advent calendar. Probably we should make a train, too, the one we made last year was quite beautiful, and it was very exciting to pull off a paper link each day as we got closer to Santa's visit.
Trevelyn is "Ahem!"ing me, and reminding me that this is his computer, and he is ready to play. I had better go.
